Washington Arts Ensemble Featured in DC Metro Theater Arts

It’s a time to celebrate the holidays with friends and family (safely, of course). I’m so grateful to have made so many new acquaintances through Washington Arts Ensemble. They are like a whole new family!

Just in the past month, our startup organization was featured in DC Metro Theater Arts and I just love how they captured our essence.

As our concerts continue to sell out, our last experiment was no exception. After the Arts Club had a terrible fire, we had to scramble quickly to find a new venue. However, we had been wanting to create a type of house concert. So, S Street Salon was born, almost over night, as a more intimate extension of our larger gatherings. This first salon occurred at my home and we anticipate having many other homes host these fabulous concerts in addition to our recurring larger concerts.

This is such an exciting growth phase for our organization. We have three more concerts just announced for this winter and I hope you save the date if you’re in town.
